Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

We're so sorry if your item arrived damaged! Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right

To keep your jewelry looking beautiful, follow these golden rules:

• Last On, First Off: Apply lotions, perfumes, and hairsprays before putting on jewelry to prevent chemical buildup
• Keep it Dry: Remove all pieces before showering, swimming, or heavy exercise
• Smart Storage: Store items in a cool, dry place, ideally in an airtight bag to prevent tarnish and scratches

Each material requires specific care:

• Polymer Clay: Wipe with a soft cloth to clean; avoid bending or submerging in water
• Gold-Filled & Sterling Silver: Gold-filled is water-resistant but prefers gentle care. Use a soft polishing cloth to remove natural tarnish from silver
• Gold-Plated, Bronze & Copper: These metals are delicate or prone to patina; keep them strictly dry and away from friction to maintain their finish
• Resin Finishes: Avoid prolonged direct sunlight or high heat to preserve the clarity of the resin backing

Materials vary by piece, and we note the specific material for each jewelry item in the product description. Many of our pieces use hypoallergenic materials including stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold-filled components

Polymer clay itself is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin. If you have specific allergies or concerns, please check the product description or contact us before purchasing

For the longest lasting bar:

• Use a draining soap dish to keep the bar dry between uses
• Store unused bars in a cool, dry place
• Keep away from direct water spray in the shower
• Allow the bar to cure for 1-2 weeks before use for a harder, longer-lasting bar

Yes! All orders come beautifully packaged and gift-ready. If you'd like a handwritten note included, just add your message in the order notes at checkout and we'll take care of the rest

Many of our handmade items are one-of-a-kind creations. Our handmade jewelry is typically ready to ship, while some items may be made to order — which can add 5-7 business days to processing time. Check the product description for details

We're primarily an online boutique, but you can shop in person at our vendor markets and pop-up events throughout Orange County! Check our Markets page for upcoming dates and locations

Because our pieces are handmade, slight variations may occur. This is the "bloom" of artisan work — every piece is as unique as the person wearing it
