Shipping & Delivery
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. Orders under $50 have a flat rate shipping fee of $5.95.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes:
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships!
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We're working on expanding our shipping options in the future! Follow us on social media for updates.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your package. You can also log into your account to view order status anytime.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. Due to the handmade nature of our products, we want to ensure you're completely happy with your purchase!
Please note: Body care products (soaps, scrubs, bath bombs) cannot be returned once opened for hygiene reasons.
Absolutely! If you'd like to exchange an item for a different style or color, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll help arrange the exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability.
We're so sorry if your item arrived damaged! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund right away.
To start a return:

- Let us know which item(s) you'd like to return
- We'll send you return instructions and a shipping label if applicable
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
Product Care
To keep your jewelry looking beautiful:
- Remove before swimming, showering, or exercising
- Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
- Apply perfume, lotion, and hairspray before putting on jewelry
- Clean gently with a soft, dry cloth
- Store polymer clay pieces flat to prevent warping
Most of our jewelry is made with hypoallergenic materials including stainless steel, sterling silver, and gold-filled components. However, if you have sensitive skin or metal allergies, please check the product description or contact us before purchasing.
Polymer clay itself is hypoallergenic and safe for sensitive skin!
For the longest lasting bar:
- Use a draining soap dish to keep the bar dry between uses
- Store unused bars in a cool, dry place
- Keep away from direct water spray in the shower
- Allow the bar to cure for 1-2 weeks before use for a harder, longer-lasting bar
All our body products are made with high-quality, skin-loving ingredients. Full ingredient lists are available on each product page. Our handmade products are:

- Crafted with natural oils and butters

We process orders quickly, but we'll do our best to help! Contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes. Once an order has shipped, modifications are no longer possible.
Yes! All orders come beautifully packaged and gift-ready. If you'd like a handwritten note included, just add your message in the order notes at checkout and we'll take care of the rest!
Many of our handmade items are one-of-a-kind creations made in small batches. Some popular items may be made to order, which can add a few extra days to processing time. Check the product description for details!

Sometimes! Depending on our current schedule, we may be able to create custom pieces. Reach out with your idea and we'll let you know if we can make it happen. Custom orders may require additional time and pricing.
